Product Description

The IKEA HAMMARN sofa-bed is a compact two-seater designed for homes where seating and sleeping space need to share the same footprint. Its lightweight black steel frame and dark-grey fabric give it a simple, modern appearance that works well in studios, guest rooms, bedrooms and smaller living spaces.

In sofa mode, the HAMMARN provides seating for two people with a supportive fabric seat and backrest. When additional sleeping space is needed, the back section folds down to create a 120 × 190 cm bed, making it suitable for overnight guests or occasional everyday sleeping.

The sofa-bed uses a tensioned fabric construction rather than a thick traditional sofa base, which helps keep the unit light and easy to move. This is useful when cleaning underneath or rearranging furniture in a compact room.

The black frame is made from powder-coated steel, while the dark-grey fabric cover is designed for practical everyday use and can be removed for cleaning. Its minimal design also means it takes up less visual space than a bulky upholstered sofa-bed.

This IKEA HAMMARN has been used for 5 months and is offered in good pre-owned condition.
