Delivery Charges
Abu Dhabi:
Free standard delivery on all online orders with no minimum order value.
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain:
Free standard delivery on orders of AED 2,000 or more.
Orders below AED 2,000 are subject to an AED 400 delivery charge.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
Assembly
Free standard assembly is included for eligible furniture items that require assembly.
Electrical work, plumbing, wall mounting, built-in installation, or other special installation services are not included unless specifically confirmed.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery is generally within 2 to 7 business days, depending on location, product availability, customer availability, and delivery access.
Delivery Access
Customers must provide a correct address, mobile number, and any relevant building or security instructions.
Please ensure that furniture can fit through entrances, elevators, staircases, hallways, and doors. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access, or customer unavailability.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item is damaged during delivery or an incorrect item is received, inform our team immediately and contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos.
