Shipping Policy
Al Thahani New & Used Furniture provides delivery across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Delivery charges depend on the delivery location and order value, as explained below.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Abu Dhabi
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Fujairah
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Umm Al Quwain
Abu Dhabi Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on all online orders within Abu Dhabi, with no minimum order value.
No standard delivery charge will be added for eligible Abu Dhabi deliveries.
Delivery to Other Emirates
Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman:
- Orders of AED 2,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
- Orders below AED 2,000 are subject to an AED 400 delivery charge.
Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain:
- Orders of AED 5,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
- Orders below AED 5,000 are subject to an AED 400 delivery charge.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Free Fixing / Assembly
Free fixing and assembly is included with online orders for furniture items that require standard assembly. Our delivery team will assemble eligible furniture as part of the delivery service at no additional assembly charge.
Items supplied fully assembled or items that do not require assembly will be delivered ready for use. Special installation work, electrical work, plumbing, wall mounting, or other services outside normal furniture assembly are not included unless specifically confirmed by us.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and order verification.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is usually within 2 to 7 business days, depending on delivery location, product availability, delivery schedule, order size, and customer availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of traffic, weather, public holidays, building access, community restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Scheduling
Our team may contact you before delivery to confirm your address, availability, and suitable delivery arrangements. Customers must provide a correct mobile number, delivery address, and building or villa details.
Delivery Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible for the items ordered. Please check building entry requirements, elevator size and availability, doorway dimensions, staircase and hallway dimensions, parking or loading access, and community or security approvals.
Customers should also ensure that the purchased furniture can physically fit through entrances, elevators, staircases, hallways, and doors.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, insufficient access, customer unavailability, building restrictions, or another customer-side issue, additional delivery, re-delivery, handling, dismantling, or other applicable charges may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our delivery team cannot complete delivery because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is denied, the item cannot be moved through the available access, or required permissions have not been arranged, the delivery may need to be rescheduled. Additional charges may apply for repeated or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items During Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect their order at the time of delivery. If an item has been damaged during delivery or an incorrect item has been delivered, please inform our delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours with relevant photos or videos.
