Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and order verification.

Delivery Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for furniture delivery. Please check:
- Building entry permissions
- Elevator size and availability
- Doorway, staircase, and hallway measurements
- Parking or loading access
- Community or security gate approvals
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
Assembly Service
Assembly may be included for selected delivery options, especially where “Delivery & Assembly” is selected. Assembly availability may depend on the product, location, and order details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or access is restricted, we may reschedule delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Damaged Items During Delivery
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, notify our delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos of the issue.
